On Collabify you sign contracts with your signed-in account. You read the contract, confirm that you accept it, and press Sign the contract.
Who signs what
- Businesses sign the campaign contract before the campaign can be activated. A campaign with a payment goes on to Stripe checkout only after signing.
- Creators sign the collaboration contract in the app when they accept an offer. Payouts need a valid signed contract; there is no extra signature at payout time.
How it works
1. Read the whole contract. You must be signed in and online. 2. Once you reach the end, tick the box that says you have read the contract and accept it. 3. Press Sign the contract.
When you sign, Collabify stores the contract together with which account signed, when, and the contract's version and checksum.
If the contract is updated, read and sign the new version.
Finding signed contracts
Businesses find them under Inställningar → Signerade avtal (Settings → Signed contracts). Creators find them under Contracts in their profile in the app.
